“Little Figures” by Roe Halbert

Roe Halbert is a freshman at the Stamps School of Art & Design, hailing from Indianapolis, Indiana. She primarily works in animation and digital art but occasionally works with printmaking and fiberworks.

From the Artist: Most of my art is very narrative driven, especially when it's based off of music, like this piece here. The character shown is my own, named Cecil Nelson. The story and world I've built for her and the rest of the characters involved has become an incredibly important part of my life for the past four years, and I hope it stays that way.
