“Don’t Cry for Me” By Ace Bell

When your troublesome burdens begin to take a toll

And you find yourself wandering in the dark, hopelessly and utterly alone,

I’ll take your hand, place it in mine

I’ll take your burdens, but know that I’m doing fine

So don’t you cry for me

When your tears and fears have struck you down

And it feels like life is hopeless, I’ll come around

I’ll tend to your suffering, ensure you it’s okay

And I know it may hurt along the way

But don’t you cry for me

One day soon, the day will come

Your hurt will be over, said and done

And then I’ll leave you, but not for too long

And I’ll always be here, in your heart that beats so strong

So don’t you cry for me

The wind has flown under me and blew me ajar

I’m traveling, and I’m traveling far

I know not where I’m going, or where I’ll be headed

But surely are paths will meet again,

Whether it be the path engraved or the path we embedded

So don’t you cry for me

Don’t you cry for me ever again

I’ll be here and there, and everywhere again and again

One day, and one day soon

I’ll be back, back at noon

So don’t you cry for me
